RP Construction provides building and landscaping services as agreed with the customer. All work will be carried out using reasonable skill and care, in line with industry standards.

Quotations & Pricing
All quotations are provided based on the information available at the time. Quotes are valid for a specified period and may be subject to change if the scope of work is altered or unforeseen issues arise. Any additional costs will be discussed and agreed upon before work continues.

Payments
Payment terms will be agreed prior to work commencing. Invoices must be paid within the agreed timeframe. Late payments may result in delays to ongoing or future work. A payment plan may be required.

Customer Responsibilities
The customer must ensure access to the site is available as agreed and that all necessary permissions, approvals, or consents are in place before work begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Changes to Work
Any changes requested by the customer after work has started may affect the final cost and completion time. All variations will be confirmed before proceeding.

Timescales
All timeframes provided are estimates. While we aim to complete work within agreed timescales, delays may occur due to weather conditions, material availability, or circumstances beyond our control.

Liability
RP Construction will not be held responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside of our reasonable control. Our liability is limited to the value of the work carried out, except where required by law.

Warranty & Defects
Any concerns regarding workmanship must be raised within a reasonable period after completion. We will assess and, where appropriate, rectify issues relating to our work.

Cancellations
Cancellations must be made in writing. Any work already completed or materials ordered may be chargeable.

Privacy
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and relevant UK data protection laws.

Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the UK courts.
